REAL ESTATE LICENSE FINGERPRINTS
All real estate license applicants are required to have fingerprints taken for an initial license or renewal license. This includes all licenses administered by the Nevada Real Estate Division (salesman, broker, broker-salesman, home inspector, property manager, time share, etc).
We are an approved vendor for Real Estate Division fingerprinting. You do not need any paperwork from the Real Estate Division to be fingerprinted as we have the forms here. Simply come in with your ID.
The fee is $65 (which includes the $40 FBI fee). Pay by cash or card.
Fee Increase notice: Beginning 7/1/2019 the state of Nevada DPS is increasing the background processing fee by $5. The fees listed on this web site reflect this increase.
How To Obtain a Nevada Real Estate License
STEP 1: Attend real estate school. You must attend a 90-hour real estate license course. We recommend Silver State Real Estate School.
STEP 2: Take your state license test.
STEP 3: Complete your license application.
STEP 4: Get your fingerprints taken.
STEP 5: Turn in your license application and fingerprint receipt. The Real Estate Division will then process it and if approved, mail your broker your license.
