Yes. Regardless of how many times you have been fingerprinted in the past, Nevada law requires that you complete a new set of fingerprints with every new license or employer. For example, if you do fingerprints on July 1 for a real estate license and on July 5 you get hired at a casino, you would have to do fingerprints again for the casino job. Law enforcement, military, and previous security clearance makes no difference. There are no exceptions.
