CHILD CARE FINGERPRINTS

As of 6/1/2022 Child Care employees must do fingerprints digitally. You need your license application (you will receive from your employer) and your photo ID when you come in.  We will do digital fingerprints and fill out our section of your license application.

IMPORTANT: Child Care and Teachers are different license types. When you come in for fingerprints, please specify you are there for Child Care (do not say “Teacher”).

The fee is $68 (which includes the $40 FBI fee). Pay by cash or card.
